About the Fundraising Domain
The Fundraising domain manages fundraising for programme and non-programme activities and builds donor relationships in collaboration with programme teams.
Position: Fundraising Officer
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1–2 years in the service industry or development sector
Reporting to: Consultant Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Record donations and coordinate with Finance for receipts and donor acknowledgements.
- Manage donor communication, documentation, due diligence, and accreditations.
- Maintain donor records and update the donor management system.
- Engage with prospective donors and support fundraising partnerships.
- Coordinate fundraising events, donor site visits, volunteers, and interns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support fundraising goals.
Key Skills
Strong communication, MS Office/Excel and Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, initiative, problem-solving, and teamwork.
