Blind Bake Café (Server)

The Café Servers responsibilities:

• Assisting chefs in washing, checking, chopping, and measuring ingredients and checking the expiry dates of food items and products for various menu items.
• Ensuring dishes are plated and presented neatly, attractively and correctly portioned for the customers with polite smiles
• Stay well groomed; no jewellery; café uniforms to be worn; wearing an apron, cap and black shoes is mandatory.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and counters, as well as sanitising all food preparation surfaces, and managing waste disposal.
• Enforce strict health, hygiene, and food safety standards (such as HACCP regulations) to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Support in purchases and better sales
• Half-day attendance on Saturdays is mandatory for deep cleaning of the kitchen area and serving areas
