Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a state-level digitisation roadmap aligned with ESIC HQ guidelines.
• Coordinate with hospital superintendents, dispensary in-charges, and IT vendors for seamless project execution.
• Serve as the single point of contact between ESIC Regional Office, Directorate (State), and digitisation partners.
• Oversee implementation of Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) and other digital solutions across all hospitals/dispensaries.
• Monitor integration of systems with existing ESIC platforms (e.g., ERP, Dhanwantri, e-Pehchan)
• Organize training programs for hospital and dispensary staff on digital systems.
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and helpdesk mechanisms for end-users.
• Ensure digitisation work follows standardized protocols for data security, privacy, and service delivery.
• Conduct system audits and user feedback sessions to identify gaps.

Qualifications:

• Post Graduate/Masters in any discipline JD-PM- ESIC, Uttar Pradesh

Desirable Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in any related field preferably in health
• Experience in Six Sigma / Process Mapping / Visio (or equivalent) software / Designing frameworks / Inventory management / Developing MIS / Decision making systems
• Experience in Health/ working with Govt will be an added advantage. JD-PM- ESIC, Uttar Pradesh

Skills (Must have):

• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large-scale healthcare IT projects is preferable.
• Familiarity with government e-health initiatives (e.g., ABDM, e-Hospital, NIC platforms).
